Recreational Trails Program provides grant funds to develop
and renovate recreational trails for both motorized and

local recreational facilities and public health. The
Recreational Trails Program benefits communities, and
enhances quality of life.

city and county governments, state and federal agencies,
and non-profit organizations.

will be available on our web site to download December 1,

Clif Bar and AW team up to promote river stewardship and safety efforts in paddling clubs.
American Whitewater and Clif Bar are pleased to announce the 5th annual Clif Bar Flowing Rivers Campaign, pledging $2,500 to American Whitewater Affiliate Clubs for river stewardship work. Funding for this very effective program is provided by Clif Bar.
American Whitewater affiliate clubs have the opportunity to apply for one of two $1,250 grants. Grants will be distributed to clubs for projects that promote river stewardship, conservation, access and/or safety education on our nation’s rivers. This program provides Club Affiliates with the seed money necessary to implement programs in their backyards.
